Yoga Classes

Overview


Please book in your sessions by emailing Sunita. Please arrive on time. Choose a mat, make yourself comfortable. If you are new, introduce yourself and fill the ‘new student’ form. All yoga practices are designed according to your need so please let Sunita know if there is any medical condition any health issue to be addressed. Sunita will help you modify practice according to your need. Yoga session will start with breath awareness, followed by physical movements or asana, followed by relaxation, followed by mantra chanting. Feel free to ask any questions after the yoga session. Regular yoga practice will help you connect with your breath, body & mind and is very beneficial for our whole-being.

Who is it for?


Yoga sessions can be attended anyone who has booked in the sessions. All levels of yoga practitioners are welcome.

What to expect


Yoga mats, blankets and other necessary equipments will be provided. Feel free to bring your own mat for hygienic purposes.

Bring a bottle of water and wear comfortable, breathable clothes you can easily move in.

Please contact Sunita before attending the sessions. Come five minutes early so you can fill up ‘new student’ form.

Please enter and leave quietly so that you are not disturbing other students.

Keep your mobile phones switched off during the yoga sessions.
Take off your shoes and socks before you walk into yoga place.
Remember to be respectful of other yoga students, which includes recognising your own chatter, or anything that might be disruptive.
