Sunita’s Corporate Yoga and Meditation sessions help participants relax & rejuvenate body-mind, improve productivity, improve creativity and there is also improvement in relationship with themselves as well as with others. This creates wonderful environment in the organisations.

To increase productivity of corporations and to help their employees to be relax, de-stress and increase productivity many organizations are encouraging their employees to take part in yoga and meditation.

How it Works


Yoga and Meditation sessions can be either on-going or for blocks of 5 or 5 weeks. With ongoing sessions a time of day is fixed for whole year and yoga/meditation are offered during this time every week of that year. With 5 or 6 weeks block every 5 or 6 weeks participants book in for that block. Yoga/meditation sessions are offered once or twice a week depending on number of participants. Also half a day or full day wellness workshops are also offered. Once that 5or 6 weeks block is over new block starts. Corporate sessions are designed according to organisation’s needs.
